Top Ten Tuesdays is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish

(05/15/12)

Top Ten Favorite Classic Books based only on the description:

1. The Phantom of the Opera: Most will wonder why I chose this book over so many awesome classics. But I am such a total "PHAN" I cannot help it. I LOVE this story. It is so magical, dark, mysterious and romantic!

2. Gone with the Wind: Margaret's book is another must. I have also started reading this book and it is SO hard to put it down. This book is consider one of the most romantic so I definitely like it.

3. Jane Eyre: Come on, if it is by one of the Bronte sisters then it MUST be here. I have begun reading this book and so far I LOVE IT!

4. Pride and Prejudice: Jane Austen has some of the best classics ever, so she will be in this list multiple times. Pride and Prejudice is such a romantic love story and so passionate. I really want to start this book already!

5.Little Women: Little Women is considered a Top book, the story is so well done that there is no way one could get bored.

6. Persuasion: Many people have said that this book is very romantic. I have yet to test that theory.....

7.Frankenstein: Mary Shelley's book is already waiting for me to read it. Everyone loves the movies, but what about the real Frankenstein?

8. Dracula: Bram Stoker's horror-filled, mysterious and scary book is one I am very excited to read. I have it here with me and cannot wait to read about Dracula. I actually never seen the movies so this will be interesting!

9. A tale of two cities: I actually kind of read this book in high school. But I never finished it so I won't count it as read it. :O The beginning I really liked so we shall see if this book bumps up in the list......

10. War and Peace: So I got this book in a giveaway and I am super excited for it. I know its long but it sounds so interesting to me.
