CardCaptors Sakura: Clear Card Vol: 1-3

 

Sakura card captors is an anime (and manga) I have seen since I was very young. A new season was recently made called "Clear Cards" and there are many many comics in the series. Therefore, I am going to read them all and reread the original series!

Starting off, Sakura is an energetic and kind girl new to middle school. However, she isn't like other girls. She has magic and can capture Clow cards. These cards were originally captured in the previous "season" of the manga/anime. However, Sakura finds her Clow cards are suddenly acting up to the point of them turning blank. In this first volume, Sakura must get used to starting middle school along with her friends at Tomoeda. However, among the cards suddenly turning blank along with strange dreams about someone taking her key to unlock her power, a loved one (Syaoran) returns from Hong Kong to her life. 

In this first volume, the series starts off with the mystery of the Clow cards turning blank. A strange dimensional cube appears out of nowhere trapping Sakura and her friends (including Kero, the guardian of the Clow cards) and when she traps the magic in a car the card turns clear and filled with magic. What could be the explanation to this?
