Diary of a Wimpy Kid (Vol# 6-10)

 Hello everyone!

We have the next set of volumes of the Diary of a WImpy Kid series! These are by far my favorites!

Volume 6 (Cabin Fever) is quite different from the previous books in this series. Greg is in HUGE trouble due to school property being missing. And this time it isn't due to Greg! Kind of. Greg find himself to be the suspect for the disappearance of the "sock puppet" from his school. However, he has to deal with the issue while the family is trapped at home due to a blizzard. Will the perpetrator be caught? 

The Third Wheel offers quite fun adventures: chicken pox and a valentine's day dance? Greg and Rowley are bachelors to the school's valentine dance. However, Greg is determined to ask a girl out to not feel so lame. However, the oldies crash the dance due to a misunderstanding and Greg is left to decide if a dance partner is really all that worth it!

Hard luck involves exactly that....hard luck. Greg and Rowley are at ends (again) and now Rowley has found himself new friends. But Greg is not very good at being on his own and definitely not in the plan of becoming popular. However, he is growing up and that comes with many difficult decisions. So naturally, an eight ball solves it all. Or does it? 

Road trip time! Summer vacation! But it isn't so much fun, at least not for Greg. Stuck in a car, a fender bender, no water in the pool and sleeping in a closet does not sound fun at all. Worse, Greg has to deal with wanting to be far away from his family but not having the choice. Greg's Mother comes back again with wanting to have a closer relationship with the family. However, the Heffleys do not have good luck with things. Ultimately, will a pig save the day? 

Lastly, Old school is all about the debate of whether electronics help or hurt society. Greg keeps hearing from his Mom, Dad and Grandfather that the old days were better. No curfews, kick the can games and no electronics apparently was fun to them. However, Greg is all about technology....unless it is used against him. Stuck in a time where the whole town lives old school without technology, Greg finds out if he wants to live in the past or get to the future.
