Percy Jackson & the Battle of the Labyrinth Graphic Novel

 

Hello! 

We are heading close to the end of these Percy Jackson graphic novels and with that comes a rise in intensity. The Battle of the Labyrinth is probably my second favorite book in the "Percy Jackson" series (the main series) but I must say I was a bit disappointed in this graphic novel. 

I think the "Titan's Curse" graphic novel did a much better job in portraying the story than this graphic novel. Although, I must say I loved Nico's appearances very much. I loved how they drew him, definitely much more as a son of Hades now that he accepted that destiny. 

However, I feel the novel was a bit dry and not as entertaining as other novels or the book itself. Usually, I can connect to the story personally but I just could not get into it very well. I do not know why but maybe it felt like the magic was missing and the edits on the story were not appropriate.
